No, Unlimited Free 5G data offer is based on the plan and handset of the employee
4. Is there any data limit in Unlimited 5G plans for enterprise corporate postpaid plans?
You can experience Vi 5G Unlimited in all eligible enterprise corporate postpaid plans subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) as mentioned in our T&Cs.
Post the commercial fair usage monthly quota of 300 GB, if there is any other data quota available in your plan or pack, it will be consumed. Otherwise, if your PayGo is enabled, your data usage will be charged as per PayGo rates. If PayGo is not enabled, the services may stop or throttle
5. Will there be any difference in the prices of 4G and 5G plans?
No. You can experience 5G in your 4G plans provided you have data quota provided you are on an enterprise corporate postpaid plans Rs 299 & above.
Unlimited 5G is also available for enterprise corporate postpaid plans Rs 299 & above.
6. Do I need to get a Vi 5G SIM?
If you have a Vi 4G SIM, it is a 5G-ready SIM and can be used to access Vi 5G services when paired with a 5G-compatible handset. Please check the 5G compatibility using our Vi App.

10. How can I activate Unlimited Free 5G service?
Currently Vi 5G is available in Mumbai.
To activate Vi 5G service, please ensure the following:
1. Your Vi phone number is registered in Mumbai
2. You have a compatible 5G handset.
3. You have a 5G-ready SIM
4. 5G is selected as the preferred network type in your phone settings.
5. You are on an eligible enterprise postpaid corporate postpaid plans starting at Rs299. For new customers our Vi Business Plus portfolio starts @ 349 on which Vi Unlimited 5G is available

11. Will 5G work all across the country or specific cities only?
Currently, Vi 5G is available in Mumbai. In a phased manner, we will roll out across India. Stay tuned for updates!
12. How do I check if I am in a Vi 5G covered area?
If your handset is showing 5G (on the top of your device next to signal bars), then you are in a 5G covered area. We are continuously expanding our 5G coverage to offer amazing experiences.
13. Will you be launching in other cities also? When?

14. Will UL 5G service continue indefinitely for eligible users?
This is an introductory limited period offer. In case of any change we will inform you.
15. I have a 4G handset, can I still use 5G?
Your handset is not 5G-enabled. To enjoy Vi 5G services and experience faster data speeds, consider upgrading your 4G device to a 5G mobile phone for an enhanced network experience.
16. Will I be able to use 5G on International Roaming?
