Q: What is Vi Guarantee?

A: Vi Guarantee is a unique Program that guarantees 130 GB Extra Data over 1 year to eligible Prepaid Vi customers on a complimentary basis.

  • The 130 GB will be provided as 10GB every 28 Days for 13 consecutive times.
    (wherein 13 times x 28 days = 364 days; 13 times x 10GB=130GB)
  •  Eligible Customers (basis handset eligibility) need to enroll for the Vi Guarantee benefit just once via USSD (*199*199#) or IVR (121199) and need to be active on Daily Data Unlimited Pack of Rs239 or more.

a) Note1: Customers in Delhi can simply recharge with Daily Data Unlimited Pack of Rs239 or more & enjoy this benefit.

b) Note2:  For select customers, a Re1 recharge will be visible in their Recommended offers section and they can avail this benefit by recharging with Re1.

The benefit cycle will begin from the date of enrollment.

 

Q: What is the time period for this program?

A: This program will start from 25th May-2024

VIL reserves the right to modify, cancel, discontinue or prematurely withdraw the Offer and no further notice shall be given by VIL. VIL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, suspend or prematurely withdraw the Offer at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes without any notice to You and the same shall be binding on the subscribers availing this Offer.

  • Eligible Packs:
  • Eligible packs are the ones having unlimited calling with daily data quota starting Rs.239 purchased by the Eligible Subscriber during the Offer Period. As of 25 May, 2024, the Eligible Packs include the following recharge packs only: ₹239, ₹269, ₹299, ₹319, ₹359, ₹368, ₹369, ₹399, ₹409, ₹449, ₹475, ₹479, ₹499, ₹539, ₹599, ₹601, ₹666, ₹699, ₹719, ₹839, ₹901, ₹902, ₹903, ₹1066, ₹1449, ₹2899, ₹3099, ₹3199.

    The recharge can be done either through online recharge platforms or via Vi Store / retailers

    Consumption from this Vi Guarantee data quota will begin upon exhaustion of your current data benefits as available under daily data quota, night data, weekend data roll-over etc as the case may be.

  • Eligible Customers
  1. All Customers having 5G Smartphone
  2. All customers who change their existing Smartphone (2G/3G/4G) to a new 5G smartphone
  3. All customers who change their existing Smartphone (2G/3G/4G) to a new 4G smartphone
  4. New Activations using 4G/5G Smartphones will be eligible after 7 days of activation

All smart phone brands are eligible for this program as per above mentioned eligibility criteria

 

  • Eligible Circles:
  • Applicable to customers in all Vi Circles except Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, North East and Orissa. Benefits of this program are only applicable for use within India.

 

Q: How do I know if I am eligible for Vi Guarantee?

A: You can check your eligibility by dialling *199*199# or calling 121199 and get enrolled for the Vi Guarantee program.

 

Q: What happens if I change my Smartphone during the benefit period, does the benefit stop?

A: No. Once you have enrolled for the program, the cycle for 1 Year immediately begins and with change in handset, the benefit cycle will continue as the program benefit is linked to your Vi mobile number and not handset. You just have to be active on any daily data unlimited pack of Rs.239 or higher on your new Smartphone (4G/5G).

Q: How can I enroll for Vi Guarantee?

A: If you are an existing Vi user, you can Dial *199*199# or call 121199 and get enrolled for the Vi Guarantee program.

If you have recently joined Vi network as new user, then you become eligible for this program from the day of activation, provided you have a 4G or 5G Handset. After successful activation, you can Dial *199*199# or call 121199 and get enrolled for the Vi Guarantee program. Apart from this, select customers can also enroll by recharging with Re.1 through Recommended offers section in App/web/3rd party.

 

Q: Can I avail Vi Guarantee twice?

A: You need to simply enroll once in the Vi Guarantee program. Once enrolled, the benefit of 10GB every 28 Days will be unlocked and will be credited every month for 13 times. (wherein 13 times x 28 days = 364 days; 13 times x 10GB=130GB)

 

Q: Do I have to claim the benefit after recharge every month?

A: No, as soon as you enroll for the program subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, Vi Guarantee benefits are credited in your account. You will automatically receive the benefit of 10GB Data every 28 Days.

                 

Q: What happens if I stop recharging after pack validity expires?

A: In case of gap in recharges, you will lose out on the days but as soon as you recharge with an eligible pack, you will automatically be able to use the benefit again.

 

Q: Will I be able to carry forward the unused 10GB data?

A: No, 10 GB Data every 28 Days can only be used during the validity period of 28 Days within that particular cycle. The unused data in a particular cycle cannot be carried forward to the next cycle

 

Q: Where can I track the usage of my Vi Guarantee benefit?

A: You can track your Vi Guarantee Data Usage by dialling *199#.

 

Q: If I exhaust 10GB data before 28 Days, will I get my next 10GB quota?

A: For a particular cycle of 28 Days, you will receive 10 GB Data only once. Next quota of 10GB will be credited automatically after every 28 days only.

 

Q: Can I use Vi Guarantee data on any network ?

A: Vi Guarantee 130 GB data can be used only on 4G Network .Customer needs to be on a 4G/5G handset  and must be connected to the 4G Network to use the data. This ViG benefit is provided to customers on 4G/5G handset only.
