Vodafone Idea (Vi) will offer a prepaid recharge plan at INR 3199 with 365 days validity. This plan includes access to Prime Video Mobile Edition Annual plan along with other data and voice benefits.

Vodafone Idea (Vi) will offer a prepaid recharge plan at INR 904 with 90 days validity. This plan includes access to all Prime Video content on 2 devices (TV/mobile), HD streaming (720p), Amazon originals, Bollywood and regional blockbusters, Hollywood movies and TV shows & Free 1-day delivery

  • New and existing prepaid customers of Vi who are on the eligible plan can activate PVME or Prime LITE in just 3 easy steps.
  • Visit Vi app on their phone and tap on "My Account" section on the home page. Tap on- "Active services", follow steps to claim PVME or Prime LITE. Also, customers can click the claim banner visible on their app home screen under “your pack benefits”. Customers can also click on the link in the PVME or Prime LITE activation SMS, claim SMS and push received after plan recharge.
  • Sign-in to an existing Amazon account/create an Amazon account and click on activate Amazon Prime Subscription
  • Once activated, customers must download Prime Video app & sign-in with their Amazon account and enjoy PVME or Prime LITE till recharge plan expires.

  • The Prime Video Mobile Edition is designed as a single-user, mobile only plan. Customers subscribed to the Prime Video Mobile Edition plan can access Prime Video content on one mobile device only

No. Prime Video Mobile Edition or PRIME LITE access is linked with the validity of pre-paid plan which includes PVME or Prime LITE benefits and hence PRIME VIDEO MOBILE EDITION or Prime LITE access is valid if recharge is valid. When recharge expires, the access to PRIME VIDEO MOBILE EDITION or Prime LITE too is paused and resumes as soon as customer recharges a plan with PRIME VIDEO MOBILE EDITION or Prime LITE benefits.

  • Customers need not wait till end of their recharge to start a full ‘Prime’ plan. Customers can switch to full ‘Prime’ plan anytime:

No, you can wait for your existing Prime Membership to get over.

This doesn’t affect his existing PVME or Prime LITE subscription but in case of any support required, user will have to reach out to Amazon.

In case of PVME you need to reach out to Amazon customer support to de-register the old device, they will validate asking question and de-register and then only you can register the same subscription on new device

In case of Prime LITE subscription, if you have already logged in 2 devices and form one of the device or from both device you want to de-register, reach out to Amazon customer support and follow the process 

Yes, you can, if you have recharged with VI prepaid Rs.3199 and Activated PVME subscription, and want the Prime LITE subscription, you can recharge with Vi Prepaid Rs.904

You can use the same Amazon account to activate the Prime LITE subscription, however your existing PVME subscription will be terminated and post Prime LITE subscription ended you will not be able to use the old PVME subscription or if you have activated Amazon Prime from Amazon app or any other source, your Vi Active PVME or Prime LITE subscription will be terminated.

You Need to use the New or different Amazon account to Activate the PVME, you cannot use the PVME subscription on same account where Prime LITE or Prime subscription is Active 

NO, you can only extend the PVME or Prime LITE subscription on your existing Prime LITE or PVME subscription validity is equal to 90 days or less than 90 days, if the validity is more than 90 days you won’t get the benefit of PRIME Lite or PVME, only TELCO benefit will be added
