A: You can log on to Vi App & claim your preferred plan benefit from the plan benefits section on the claim benefits page. In case of coupon based benefits, you can unlock the coupon and redeem it to enjoy the benefits.
Q: How many plan benefits are available at NO EXTRA COST?
A: You can choose as many plan Benefits as indicated in your plan.
- Vi Max 451 – You can choose 1 plan Benefit at NO EXTRA COST
- Vi Max 551 – You can choose 2 plan Benefits at NO EXTRA COST
- Vi Max 751 – You can choose 3 plan Benefits at NO EXTRA COST
- RED X 1201 – You can choose all available Benefits at NO EXTRA COST
- All Family Plans – Primary member can choose 2 plan Benefits at NO EXTRA COST
Q: What happens to my active entertainment / lifestyle plan benefits when I change my Plan?
A: The active entertainment / lifestyle benefit will continue for the remaining benefit period, if it is a part of the newly selected plan, else it will be deactivated.
Q: How do I know if I have consumed all of my plan benefits?
A: You can log on to Vi App and go to the Claim Benefits section. You will be able to check your plan benefits consumption on the plan benefits page.
Q: How do I get access to my preferred plan benefit beyond the subscription period?
A: You can buy paid subscriptions of your preferred plan benefit once your subscription is over by going to the paid add-ons section on Vi App.
Q: What happens if I have not claimed my plan benefits even after a year of plan activation?
A: The benefits have to be activated within 1 year of plan activation, post which the benefits will not be available.

Q: What is the SonyLIV Mobile?
A: It is a 12-month SonyLiv Mobile subscription worth Rs599
Q: What are the advantages/ USP of SonyLIV?
A: You can stream, download and watch exclusive, international and LIVE content from SonyLIV on your mobile phone. Works on iOS as well as Android devices. You can create up to 5 profiles on a single device
Q: How do I avail it?
A: You can log on to Vi App and go to claim benefits tile. You can activate SonyLiv Mobile if it is available in your plan. Sign-up using registered Vi mobile number and log on to SonyLIV mobile app using the same credentials.
Q: How many times can I avail it?
A: You can avail this benefit once every 12 Months provided you are active on an eligible Vi Max Postpaid plan.
Q: What is the validity?
A: Validity is 12 months wherein a month is counted as 30 Days (360 Days), from the date of activating/claiming the benefit.
Q: What happens if I change my plan to any other?
A: You can claim SonyLIV if it is part of eligible benefits of your newly selected plan. Once changed, SonyLIV subscription will be paused from the end of the ongoing 30 days period. You can claim it again for free or as a paid subscription, depending on your new plan.

A: This benefit allows you to enjoy Unlimited Data between 12 am and 6 am on select Vi Max plans. This benefit has no impact on the monthly data quota available with your plan.
Q: How do I claim or avail this benefit of Unlimited Night Data?
A: This benefit is available automatically with Vi Max 451, Vi Max 551 plans and on all the Vi Max family plans for the primary member. It doesn’t need to be activated. Note: As and when the process changes for claiming, Subscriber would duly be informed.
Q: What happens if I change my plan to any other plan?
A: This Unlimited Night Data benefit is applicable only on Vi Max 451, Vi Max 551 plans and on all the Vi Max family plans for the primary member. In case you switch to a different plan, you will no longer be able to enjoy this benefit. Note: As and when the process changes for claiming, Subscriber would duly be informed.
