    • Rs. 1099: Telco Benefits: UL Daily Data with 100 SMS/day (Voice Benefits) + 1.5GB/day valid for 70 days + Netflix Basic Subscription. Available only in Gujarat and Mumbai.
    • Rs. 1399: Telco Benefits: UL Daily Data with 100 SMS/day (Voice Benefits) + 2.5GB/day valid for 84 days + Netflix Basic Subscription. 

    Once you've signed up for a plan that includes Netflix, you can head to plan benefits page on your Vi App and select Netflix. You’ll be redirected to Netflix App/website to either create a new account to be linked, or to link an existing account. 

    Yes, you can easily link your existing Netflix account - no need to cancel it first! Following the prompts above to link an account, simply enter your existing Netflix credentials to link your existing Netflix account to your plan. Once completed, you will no longer be billed on your previous method of payment.

     NOTE: If you previously paid through Apple and have linked your account to a partner plan, you must also cancel your subscription through Apple. If you do not, you may continue to be charged by Apple. 

    No, you must complete the activation process as detailed above to link a Netflix account to your plan. If you do not, Netflix has no way of associating a Netflix account with your plan. If you have an existing Netflix account and sign up for a plan that includes a Netflix membership, you will continue to be charged separately for your Netflix account until you complete activation.

    If you cancel/change your Vi plan or service, one of two things will happen: a. If you have another valid Netflix method of payment (credit or debit card, for example) registered with Netflix, your Netflix account will not be disrupted and Netflix will charge your previous method of payment. b. If you do not have another valid Netflix method of payment registered, your Netflix account will go on hold. To continue using Netflix, visit your Netflix Account page and add a new method of payment. 

     If you accidentally connect the wrong account to your plan, please contact Netflix customer service and provide the email address for the Netflix account that is incorrectly linked.

     If you know the email address you used to sign up for Netflix, visit netflix.com/LoginHelp to reset your password. If you don’t know the email address you used to sign up for Netflix, or believe you may have mistyped it, check to see if you are signed into Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can locate and update your account information. If you need additional support, contact Netflix customer service. 

    Check to see if you are still signed in on the device you used to link an account as you may be able to access your account details. b. If you cannot, go to pack benefits page on Vi App c. Select recover Netflix email ID and you will be redirected to a Netflix sign-in page with your email address pre-populated. From here you can sign in to your Netflix account and update your email address as needed.

If Netflix doesn't have content available to stream, it can be for a variety of reasons, such as that the streaming rights may not be available to purchase or may be held exclusively by another company. Though there is no set schedule for acquiring new content, Netflix is constantly adding new titles for members to enjoy.
