Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Vi Guarantee, you need to fulfill a couple of requirements:
- Handset Eligibility: 5G Smartphone Users or Subscribers who recently upgraded to a new 4G Smartphone. (refer to Program Eligibility for detailed handset eligibility criteria).
- Active Pack: Be on an active Daily Data Unlimited Pack of Rs 239 or above.
• Note1: Customers in Delhi can simply recharge with the Daily Data Unlimited Pack of Rs239 or more & enjoy this benefit.
• Note2: For select customers, a Re1 recharge will be visible in their Recommended offers section, and they can avail of this benefit by recharging with Re1.
Enrollment Process
Enrolling in the Vi Guarantee program is straightforward and hassle-free.
Enrollment Methods:
- USSD Code: Dial *199*199# from your Vi number.
- IVR: Call 121199 toll-free from your Vi number.
Once enrolled, your benefits cycle will begin immediately, and you will start receiving your extra data allowance every 28 days.
