Vi Business lauded at Asian Telecom Awards 2024 for IoT solutions
Mobile network operator Vi Business has been recognised at the recently held Asian Telecom Awards as the winner of the IoT Initiative of the Year - India for its offerings under the Sanchaar Shakti solution.
Inspired by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Gati Shakti initiative, Vi Business has introduced Sanchar Shakti solution, a comprehensive portfolio of multiple solutions normally offered as an individual component of the value chain by other players. It offers end-to-end IoT multimodal logistics solutions, comprising hardware, IoT connectivity, cloud and analytics, telco-grade security, managed services, and consultation services.
Vi Business’ Sanchaar Shakti solution enhanced efficiency in multi-modal transport handovers, resulting in a noteworthy decrease in the overall journey time from 36 hours to a mere 12 hours & achieved a substantial reduction in logistic expenditures for their clients, decreasing the cost from 18% to 13%.
Amongst the point solutions being offered as well include port management, warehouse management, advanced fleet management, transport management, and last-mile delivery management.
