1. Check your Vi number using USSD Codes:

Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) are simple codes programmed into your SIM card that can be used to access some hidden actions on your mobile phones.

  • Ensure the SIM in inserted in your device and the number is activated
  • Open the dialer and key in *199#
  • You will receive a flash message with your phone number

2. Check the Vi number through Customer Care:
