However, whether opting to port SIM to Vi online or offline, you need to generate an 8-digit Unique Porting Code (UPC) by sending an SMS, with the text “PORT <10 digits mobile number to port>” to 1900. The SIM port message is essential as it generates a unique code that should be shared with our representatives at the time of SIM home delivery.
