- Login to the Vi App with your Vi number
- Head to the Utilities Section or Pay tab from the App home screen & select FASTag
- Choose your FASTag issuing bank & Enter your Vehicle Registration Number
- Click on confirm, and select/enter the amount
- Select UPI as your mode of payment
- After successful payment, your FASTag account will be recharged
Alternatively, users can also log in to their account via the Vi Website and pay utility bills online. Once payment is complete you can check the payment status in the transaction history tab under the manage payments section.
