Criteria for Porting:
There are certain eligibility guidelines to be noted before requesting for MNP. Following these will ensure the generation of Unique Porting Code (UPC).
- Subscribers should clear all outstanding dues with their existing telecom operator.
- Users must have a minimum of 90 days subscription with their existing service provider.
- The mobile number should not be prohibited by any court of law for porting.

- Change of ownership of the mobile number should not be in process.
