It is completely normal to be cautious about unsolicited emails. However, these emails from Vi are not spam. They are crucial for the online services you have requested.

  • eSIM Activation Details: When you signed up for online services like eSIM activation or online SIM delivery, you provided your email address. This is the channel we use to send you essential information, including OTPs.
  • OTP for Secure Logins: OTPs are a vital security measure. They help verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • Account Updates and Important Notifications: These emails contain time-sensitive details, such as OTPs for login or eSIM activation. Missing these emails can disrupt your service.
