Choose Your Number with a new SIM card:

  • Head to the Vi website and click on "New Connection" from the header menu
  • Select Postpaid or Prepaid as per your requirements
  • Select a pack and continue
  • Fill in your details and select the "I want to use my existing number" option
  • Proceed to complete your transaction!
  • A new Vi SIM with your number will be delivered to your doorstep

Port your Existing Number to Vi:

With Mobile Number Portability (MNP) you can now conveniently port your existing number to Vi postpaid/prepaid. To port your number to Vi:

  • Head to the Vi MNP page on the Vi website
  • Select from Postpaid or Prepaid options
  • Enter Area pin code, contact number, and address
  • Select a suitable pack and place your order
  • Enter OTP to confirm 

Note: Once MNP is requested users might need to fill and submit the required KYC documents, at the time of Vi SIM delivery

Replacing a Lost SIM:

A lost or broken SIM card might hamper your usage temporarily. However, by visiting the nearest Vi store, you can request to get your SIM card replaced with the same number.

Once you get your new Vi SIM card you can enjoy exclusive Vi benefits based on your plan value.
