Safe Custody feature prevents your Vi Postpaid number from permanent deactivation due to non- usage by paying minimal charges

You can choose to avail safe custody for a period of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months

You can extend your safe custody request within 15 days of expiry date of your existing request by visiting Vi website www.myvi.in or by logging on to Vi App

You can reactivate your Vi number from safe custody anytime within safe custody duration by visiting Vi website www.myvi.in or by logging on to Vi App

You need to pay total outstanding dues and safe custody charges while placing a request for safe custody.

Your bill will be generated and sent to you on your registered Email ID, basis any outstanding dues post safe custody request. Please pay your bill on time to avoid any late payment charges 

You will be notified on your registered email id and alternate number when due for expiry.

Your number will get permanently deactivated if you do not reactivate your Vi no. before the safe custody expiry date.

Only secondary members of Vi family plan are allowed to place safe custody request, however there will be no change in family plan rental.
